To create a new data room, hit the hamburger menu at the top left corner and select the first option “Create new data room”:

To create a new data room, you don’t necessarily need to issue a new contract. To open a data room under an existing contract, click “Yes, use existing contract” (the room will be used under the same contract terms). Further you will be asked to specify the Company name or contract number, New project name*, Server location *, Data room administrators.
If you want to sign a new contract, click “Yes, issue a new contract”. This way, even if you already have a signed contract with iDeals, you will be offered to sign a new agreement to use your new data room under new contract terms. In this scenario, you will be further prompted to specify the Company, New project name*, Industry*, Project type*, Server location *, Data room administrators.
After the request has been submitted, your dedicated account manager will contact you to address any questions you may have.
You can always select “No” (In case you don’t have a signed contract with iDeals you can still start your 14-day free trial, and your dedicated account manager will provide you with pricing information based on your project requirements). Here, the system will prompt you to fill in the New project name, Industry*, Project type*, Server location*, Data room administrators.
There is an extra field where you can specify your special project requirements in case you have any.
By default, the user who creates the data room is added to the list of full admins. There is a possibility to deselect the default administrator or add other administrators.
