To send reminders/notifications about specific documents to selected users, follow these steps:
- Select the target documents and folders;
- Right-click to open the context menu;
- Select “Send notifications”.
In the new window, click Add to select the data room users who are going to receive the notification, type in your message, and hit Send.
Note: The email notification will be sent out according to the users' permissions overriding their document notification settings.
