To upload documents into the data room, select the target folder on the left navigation panel (A) and click “Upload” (B). Select the files/folders to upload by clicking “Add folder”/ “Add file(s)” (C) and hit “OK” to confirm the upload (D).
Another way to upload files and folders is to drag them from your desktop and drop them into the right working panel. As soon as the upload preparation is finished, click “Apply changes” to confirm the action (E).
Before applying the changes, you can always do the final check and undo the unnecessary changes. Click the Apply button for final confirmation.
In case you are going to update your documents regularly from a local folder, the documents synchronization feature may be useful.
