We can set a special feature of categories for you – Marketing, IT, Engineering, Miscellaneous, etc. – and assign Q&A coordinators from your room to moderate the relevant category. The users of the room will not be able to send their questions without choosing the category.
To enable this feature, please send your request with the list of categories and category moderators to the Customer Support Team at email@example.com.
Please note that the person responsible for a certain category will receive alerts on new questions in their related category only in case the notification setting enabled is "Addressed directly".
Category filter will also be available in case Q&A categories are implemented in the room.
