In case you forgot the password to your iDeals account, please follow the steps below to reset it:
- Click "Forgot password?" below the password field on the login tab.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address, which is associated with your iDeals account.
*if you haven't entered the email address at the previous step, you'll be prompted to do it at this stage.
A message containing a link to reset your password will be sent to your email address.
- Once you have opened the link, the system will prompt you to go through a brief verification process with an SMS code or answer to the security question:
Having successfully completed the verification, you will be able to create a new password.
