In case you forgot the password to your iDeals account, please follow the steps below to reset it:

  • Click "Forgot password?" below the password field on the login tab.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address, which is associated with your iDeals account. 

*if you haven't entered the email address at the login page, you'll be prompted to do it on the "Forgot Password" page.

A message containing a link to reset your password will be sent to the specified email address (if registered).

  • Once you have opened the link, the system will prompt you to go through a brief verification process with an SMS code or answer to the security question:

Having successfully completed the verification, you will be able to create a new password.

The password requirements are the following:

  • must be at least 8 characters;

  • maximum of 32 characters long;

  • have at least one uppercase letter (A to Z);

  • have at least one lowercase letter (a to z);

  • have at least one digit (0 to 9) or special character (e.g., ~, !, @, #, $, etc.);

  • a new password must differ from the last 10 passwords previously used for your iDeals account.

If you're having difficulties receiving the reset password email, make sure you are entering the correct email address and send it again. We also recommend checking your spam folder if nothing received.
