In case the user has enabled two-factor authentication, it is required to verify the identity by entering a one-time code sent to the registered phone number.
Your phone number must be in the international format, e.g. for UK +44 123 456 7890.
Usually, the generated code is delivered within a few minutes. In case of any delays, or if the code was not received at all, we advise to use the following available options:
"Resend": every time using this option, the code is generated from an alternative number (provider) to increase the chances of its delivery.
"Call my phone": in case of delays with the SMS delivery, we recommend calling your phone, so you'll receive it immediately.
If none of the above helps:
make sure your connection is stable and you are able to receive other calls and messages;
try restarting your phone.
Note: Some countries may have temporary or permanent restrictions applied by the local providers on the government level and may cause SMS delivery issues. In this case, calling your phone should be a workable solution. If you still face difficulties, we recommend double-checking with your provider if there are any particular settings that should be enabled on your end to allow international calls and SMS.
