  • Company Name

  • Invoice#

  • Invoice date

  • Amount

  • Reason for refund

  • Contact person (name, email, phone number)

  • Banking Details (for bank transfer refund)
    - Beneficiary Name
    - Account Number (IBAN)
    - Client’s Address
    - Bank Name
    - Bank Address
    - SWIFT

Note: Card payment refunds are only available if the initial payment was charged from the credit card.
