Depending on your iDeals subscription plan purchased, there is a limit of data available for upload without additional charges.

Note: The subscription plan details can be found in the contract.

If you received the invoice for Additional data loading, this means that your account has exceeded the limit of data included in your subscription plan.

This data loading will be charged separately on a monthly basis until the project size will be within the limit.

Please refer to this article on how to check the current size of your project.

Note:

  • The files stored in the Recycle bin are included in the total project size.
    Please be advised to empty the Recycle bin on a regular basis.

  • The cost of additional data is stated in the contract in the Additional services.
