At any stage of your project, you can order a flash drive archive with the contents of your data room.

To place an order, click on the Settings menu and go to Project archiving.

In this menu, click Order flash drive archive and follow the steps described below.

Step 1. Specify flash drive preferences

  • Specify the number of flash drives.

  • In the case of multiple flash drives, select whether you’d like to have the same preferences for all flash drives.
If you opt to No, you will need to set preferences for each flash drive separately.

  • Decide which documents to include:

    • All files and folders: all documents currently present in the data room, optionally with recycle bin.

    • Available to specific user group: only documents that are permitted to the selected user group.
The list contains both enabled and disabled user groups (collaboration and individual users). Deleted groups, full and restricted administrative groups are not available. Learn more about user roles.

  • Select whether to show or hide the redacted content.
This setting is available only if there is at least one document with the applied redactions in the data room.

  • Choose the reports you'd like to include in the archive.

  • Add any other important information about the flash drive content in the Specific requirements.

  • Click Next.

Step 2. Fill in the recipients’ details

In the case of multiple flash drives, select whether you’d like to have the same recipient of all flash drives. If you opt to No, you will need to provide the recipients’ details for each flash drive separately.

The following details must be provided for all recipients:

  • Full name of the recipient.

  • Phone number by which the courier service may contact the recipient if needed.

  • Email that will be used to provide the password to decrypt the flash drive.

  • Company name of the recipient.

  • Complete delivery details, including country, city, postal or ZIP code, street, building (office), and any other important details for the delivery service.

Please keep in mind that the recipients’ details will also be used to prepare the flash drive certificates confirming the provided contents and who’s the recipient of the corresponding archives.

Step 3. Review and confirm your order

At this stage, you get an overview of all previously selected flash drive preferences and corresponding delivery details. If you need to adjust any order details, click Back. All previously filled-out data is saved and can be edited if required.

Once you review all details, click Confirm. The email confirmation will be sent to you and the iDeals team for processing.
