Besides the basic information available in the corporate account (CA), the CA administrators can now check detailed usage reports for their corporate account in the Usage report tab.
Instead of checking each project individually, this report represents the overall data usage, as well as the number of users and administrators across all active projects under your contract with iDeals.
By default, the information in this tab is displayed for the previous calendar month. You can also review the stats for the current month, all time, or specify any custom period in the date fields.
In the Usage overview section, the following summary information is introduced:
Projects: number of active projects within this corporate account at the end of the selected period;
Used storage: the amount of data stored in all active projects within this corporate account at the end of the selected period;
Administrators: number of unique full administrators in all active projects within this corporate account at the end of the selected period;
Guest users: number of unique users invited to all active projects within this corporate account at the end of the selected period.
Set up notification button allows you to enable email notifications about reaching the specified storage volume. As soon as the storage across all active projects in this account reaches the specified value, an alert will be sent to the CA administrator who set it up.
You can edit this notification or turn it off at any time.
Note: Documents stored in the recycle bin are also included in the storage usage. Only the documents deleted from the recycle bin will be excluded from monthly billing.
Data storage usage over the period is a graph representation of storage change over the specified period. You may see the precise storage usage on a certain day by hovering your cursor over the points.
Data storage usage per project displays the info for each project (data room) in this corporate account, including:
list of projects included in the corporate account at the end of the selected period;
the storage at the beginning of the selected period;
the change of storage during the selected period;
the storage at the end of the selected period;
links to detailed reports next to each project, which direct to the project's Data storage usage report.
Please keep in mind that the corporate account administrators must be invited as full administrators to the project(s), to be able to access their detailed reports.
